Coronavirus Procedures

In accordance with revised Government advice on the Coronavirus (COVID 19), we have continued to support our business and residential Clients throughout these difficult times. Whilst we support the majority of our Clients remotely, there are times when we need to have the computer / laptop in our office. Up until May 10th, we were not able to call out to Client or have Clients attend our office. However, we are now able to provide a limited collection and drop off service.

Collection –

If you need us to collect your computer, we can do this by appointment. To ensure the highest level of safety, we ask the below procedures are followed:

  • Wipe the laptop / tower unit with anti-bacterial wipes. Please do the same with the power lead
  • DO NOT put your laptop in a bag
  • When we arrive, we will ring your phone and ask that you place the hardware on your doorstep. Please then go back inside and close the door.
  • We will collect your hardware and take it to our premises.
  • Once the work has been carried it, we will wipe the computer with anti-bacterial wipes and reverse the above procedure.
  • We are not able to provide a Hardware Receipt when we collect your computer, but you will receive a digital copy to your email if rquired.

Drop-off –

If you wish to drop your computer off at our office, this can be arranged by appointment. Please see the below procedures:

  • Wipe the laptop / tower unit with anti-bacterial wipes. Please do the same with the power lead
  • DO NOT put your laptop in a bag
  • When you arrive at our office, please call our phone number. 01656 788027
  • You can then leave your hardware at our front door.
  • If you can then move back 2 mtrs or more from the door, we will open the door and pick up your computer.
  • We are not able to provide a Hardware Receipt when we collect your computer, but you will receive a digital copy to your email if rquired.
  • When the work has been completed, we will reverse the procedure.

At this time, we are not able to perform any work in your office or home. The safety of our staff and that of our Clients is paramount and whilst we aim to provide a full level of service, the above restrictions will remain in place until Government guidelines change. Stay Safe and keep well
